Designed in the age of AI
Before we design a feature, AI helps us study how every system on the market solves it, so we can take the best of each. We are still finding out what else AI makes possible, and every advantage goes to the client.
Offline-first terminals
An error elsewhere does not stop the floor. The till keeps taking orders.
Open integration
A cafe's data belongs to the cafe, so its orders can go to any CRM it chooses. We also want AI agents to work with Coffee Please directly, for example through the Model Context Protocol.
